'Romantic childhood', it's a cultural idea from the late 1700s and 1800s about how children see the world with pure wonder. I have made it my goal to bring that wonder with me into my adult life, and I wish to share that goal with people through art. With each watercolor painting I make I re-create the wonder I saw through all aspects of life. Nature, like plants and animals, but also the elements of human life.
